Minimum Age: 18 years
Medical Required: Class 1

FLIGHT TIME - 65 HOURS 
SUB TOTALS -

DUAL FLYING - 35 HOURS (MINIMUM 5 HOURS X-COUNTRY)

INSTRUMENT TIME -20 HOURS (IN ADDITION TO PPL)
TOTAL =25 HOURS 
SOLO FLYING - 30 HOURS (MANDATORY 300 NM X-COUNTRY )


GROUND SCHOOL- 80 HOURS ( WITH A CERTIFIED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR  )



EXAMINATION -

CPL WRITTEN EXAM 

CPL FLIGHT TEST 
IMPT NOTE -AT THE TIME OF GETTING THE LICENSE SIGNED CANDITATE MANDATORY HAVE 200 HOURS TOTAL TIME (INCLUDING MINIMUM 100 HOURS PIC)

FAA INTO TRANSPORT CANADA (LICENSE CONVERSION)



STEPS -

1. FIRSTLY ONE NEEDS TO UNDERGO TRANSPORT CANADA CLASS 1 MEDICAL EXAMINATION . RESULT FOR SAME IS EXPECTED WITHIN 90 DAYS . 

2. AFTER SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING TRANSPORT CANADA CLASS 1 MEDICAL , ONE NEEDS TO APPEAR FOR CANADIAN RADIO TELEPHONIC EXAM .AFTER CLEARING THE EXAM INDUSTRY CANADA WILL ISSUE CANADIAN RTR LICENCE .  

3. FURTHER CANDIDATE NEEDS TO APPEAR FOR AIR LAW EXAM WITH TRANSPORT CANADA , PASSING PERCENTAGE IS 70% . 

4. FINALLY CONVERSION FORM IS BEEN FILLED BY CANDIDATE ALONG CONVERSION FEES TO TRANSPORT CANADA . 

5. HE CAN EXPECT HIS TRANSPORT CANADA LICENSE WITHIN 90 DAYS .
